Under the terms of Article 2 of the General Corruption Prevention Regime, public or private organisations with more than 50 employees are subject to the General Corruption Prevention Regime and must register on the National Corruption Prevention Regime Platform (hereinafter the ‘Platform’) available via the link.

The covered entities must register by 31/12/2024.

a) The covered private entities will receive an email between 16/12 and 27/12, to their email address registered with Social Security, with the credentials for registering on the Platform;

b) The deadline for registering on the Platform will be extended;

c) The email to be received by the covered private entities will indicate the new deadline for registering on the Platform, which, in principle, will be 15 January.
