Training - What's new in the European framework in the context of the AML prevention regime & Implications for Asset and Pension Fund Management

On November 19, 2024, Sofia Leite Borges, Maria Carvalho Martins and Mélanie Quina dos Santos of Leite Borges Law Firm gave an APFIPP training session dedicated to the theme "The new European framework for AML/CFT prevention & its Implications for the Asset Management and Pension Funds Industries", in which important topics were addressed on the future of the regulation on the prevention and combat of money laundering and terrorist financing in the European Union and in Portugal, with a special focus on asset management and pension funds management.
