Denise Guimarães

Working as a lawyer for over 20 years, Denise Guimarães has had the opportunity to work in various law firms and companies where she has gained vast experience in the areas of commercial and corporate law, with a focus on project finance, mergers and acquisitions.

She has also had the opportunity to have contact with the African market, as part of the African Desk of a law firm and is currently an independent expert at the European Commission - EASME (Executive Agency for SMEs) and EIC (European Innovation Council). This experience has given her an international perspective on corporate matters, having experienced the diversity unique to each client and market.

Denise uses her experience in corporate law to support her clients holistically, meeting their own unique challenges and ambitions, and enabling them to develop their business as efficiently as possible.
